- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the interior fit-out sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are fully understood and met.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals with prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to understand market trends and client needs.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and process metrics regularly.
- Provide ongoing feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and operations.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and account retention.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales activity and revenue generation.
- Stay informed of new industry innovations and competitive products.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the interior fit-out industry is required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts and fit-out processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Effective presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
