We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Corporate banking and digital channels.
Key Skills Required:8-12 years of Experience overall.
Minimum 6 years of BA experience in the Corporate Banking Domain.
Minimum 5 years of digital channel experience. Corporate Banking domain experience required – Trade Finance , Cash Management , Transaction Banking , Payments and Collections , Digital Channels , Corporate Lending and Credit , Treasury and Markets.
The candidate should have hands‑on BA experience in Digital Banking Channels, including Open Banking/API integrations, Internet/Online Banking, and Mobile Banking applications. Exposure to chatbots or virtual assistants and defining end‑to‑end digital customer journeys (onboarding, payments, servicing, trade workflows) is preferred. Domestic or International market experience.
Good communication skills.
Understand requirements and translate them into quality technology solutions.
The role requires the ability to define functional requirements, user journeys, validations, integrations, and to identify pain points to improve the digital customer experience.
Proactively engage, manage and build strong relationships with both business and technology teams.
Provide ongoing support to the technology teams as required e.g. authoring/reviewing test cases, closing out open issues/questions, managing change request process etc.
Identify risks and issues early, plan mitigating steps and communicate these to stakeholders on time.
Work closely with business users, other project and programme managers and technology stakeholders to ensure all stakeholders are fully engaged and expectations managed.
Understanding the local regulatory/compliance landscape and working with stakeholders to understand end-to-end solutions.
Run regular project working groups.
Engage with key business and technology stakeholders for requirements and regular progress updates.
Support the project manager from conception through to post-implementation review, ensuring all necessary governance steps are followed correctly and completely.
Follow best practice project management protocols.
Ensure specified requirements and system changes/enhancements are aligned to the strategy.
Plan the required testing, ensuring traceability between business requirements and test cases.
