Junior Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, ensure the company’s financial health, and support accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records using accounting software Tally Prime
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Prepare financial statements and support audits
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on payment-related matters
• Generate reports and summaries as required by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
