The role is critical in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of vendor payments while maintaining strong coordination across functions.✅ Key Responsibilities1. Bill Passing & Payment (SFD & EFD)Ensure bill passing strictly as per PO terms & conditionsTrack and clear GR/IR open line itemsTimely adjustment of Debit/Credit NotesEnsure appropriate deduction of Retention/SecurityFollow up for PBG/ABG before advance releaseCoordinate for necessary PO amendmentsPrepare and process payment proposals twice a week within defined timelines2. Transportation Accounting & ComplianceTimely preparation of transportation payment proposalsEnsure correct booking of GST liability and GTA accounting3. GRIR, Creditors & Guarantees MonitoringMonitor and minimize GRIR balances (Engineering Stores)Track Stores Creditors and unresolved liabilitiesFollow up on PBG/CBG/ABG with vendors and purchase teams4. Advance Monitoring & ControlMonitor party-wise advances as per PO termsEnsure recovery of advances before bill paymentsPrepare and track advance reconciliation statementsFollow up with Purchase and Vendors for settlementMonitor and adjust employee advances/imprest accounts5. Bill Clearance & CoordinationEnsure accurate and timely bill processingLiaise with Auditors, Stores, and Purchase TeamsHandle debit/credit notes and material return invoicesMaintain smooth coordination for POs, advances, liabilities, and billing issues🎯 Ideal Candidate ProfileStrong understanding of Accounts Payable / Vendor ManagementWorking knowledge of GST, GRIR accounting, and PO processesHigh attention to detail with strong follow-up skillsAbility to collaborate across Stores, Purchase, and Finance teamsERP/SAP experience preferred📩 Interested?
