We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & Attraction Specialist to be a part of our high-impact team.

Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill talent requirements.

Drive workforce planning and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Assess candidates and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide recruitment expertise.

Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.

Manage recruitment priorities to ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes.
