Role Description The Recruitment Coordinator role at AMCO HR Consultancies LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Recruitment Coordinator will manage the end-to-end recruitment coordination process, including posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and supporting hiring managers with candidate shortlists. The role involves maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system, preparing interview itineraries, and ensuring timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. The Recruitment Coordinator will support offer preparation, document collection, and onboarding logistics, while helping to ensure compliance with company policies and regional labor regulations. The position also includes responding to candidate and client inquiries, assisting with recruitment reports and metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
Experience in hiring and interviewing, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting selection decisions.
Customer service mindset, with a focus on responsiveness, follow-through, and positive stakeholder experience.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Understanding of HR and recruitment practices in the GCC region is an advantage.
Prior experience in an HR, recruitment, or staffing environment is preferred.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
