Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processSource candidates through hiring platforms, networking, and headhuntingScreen, interview, and shortlist candidatesCoordinate interviews with hiring managersMaintain candidate pipeline and recruitment recordsSupport onboarding and hiring documentationRequirements:

Minimum 1 year of recruitment or sales experience in real estate.

Knowledge of hiring platforms and headhunting experience are mandatory.

Professional English communication skills (both verbal and written)Multilingual preferred Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
