Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Partnerships Manager role based in Dubai. The Partnerships Manager will identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnership opportunities that drive platform adoption and revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. The role involves collaborating closely with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to design joint value propositions, co-marketing initiatives, and integration roadmaps. The Partnerships Manager will monitor partner performance through data-driven analysis, prepare regular reports and forecasts, and refine partnership strategies based on results. The position also requires staying informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and ecosystem developments to uncover new partnership opportunities and mitigate risks.
Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships, with a track record of building and scaling high-impact partner ecosystems.
Strong Account Management and relationship-building skills, including the ability to manage multiple partners and stakeholders simultaneously.
Proven Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, build business cases, and make decisions based on measurable outcomes.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in fintech, payment solutions, SaaS platforms, or related B2B technology sectors is highly beneficial.
Ability to work cross-functionally, manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, and operate with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
Comfort working in a diverse, multicultural environment in Dubai and engaging with regional and international partners.
