Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectivesManage and maintain the assigned merchant portfolioPrevent merchant attrition through strong relationship managementIncrease wallet share of existing merchants and maintain exclusivity where possiblePromote and sell Value-Added Services (VAS) such as DCC, E-commerce solutions, and setup servicesGenerate new business through lead generation and client acquisitionBuild and sustain strong relationships with new and existing merchantsMaintain up-to-date competitor knowledge and market intelligenceEnsure completion of required documentation in line with SOPs, including KYC renewalsIdentify, mitigate, and manage risks while maximizing account profitabilitySupport strategic initiatives and perform additional tasks as assignedRequirementsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field3–5 years of experience in Merchant Acquiring / Banking SalesStrong knowledge of merchant acquiring sales and retention strategiesGood understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, risk, and complianceFamiliarity with VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and CUP acquiring productsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesValid UAE driving license
