Accountant Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | * Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to applicable accounts ledger. | * Bank reconciliation | * Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures. | * Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment disbursement and reconciliation | *Oversee the Wage Protection System (WPS) process to ensure timely and accurate salary payments to employees. | * Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure accurate inventory records. | * Responsible for preparing and submitting VAT returns while ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations. | * Handle the finalisation of accounts, including preparation and review of financial statements. | Qualifications: | *Bachelor degree in Accounting | *Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role 2 years | *Proficiency in accounting software, with experience in Tally
