Senior Recruitment Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead global hiring initiatives aligned with our clients business expansion across Africa, Asia, and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with business growth
- Build talent pipelines across trading, supply chain, finance, and corporate functions
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring budgets
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies including headhunting and referrals
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team
- Track and optimize hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate experience)
- Drive employer branding initiatives
- Ensure compliance with UAE and international labor laws
- Support global hiring and mobility programs
