We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead global hiring initiatives aligned with our clients business expansion across Africa, Asia, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with business growth
• Build talent pipelines across trading, supply chain, finance, and corporate functions
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring budgets
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies including headhunting and referrals
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team
• Track and optimize hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate experience)
• Drive employer branding initiatives
• Ensure compliance with UAE and international labor laws
• Support global hiring and mobility programs
