We are currently seeking a proactive and analytical HR Business Partner to work closely with operational departments and provide integrated HR solutions that support organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders by understanding operational needs and translating them into practical human resources solutions. You will support workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives that contribute to the company’s growth and operational success.
Partner with operational departments to understand business needs and provide HR solutions aligned with organizational objectivesAdvise managers on performance management, employee relations, talent development, and workforce planningAnalyze organizational and workforce challenges and recommend practical solutions to improve productivity and workplace effectivenessHR Operations & Policy Support:
Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across assigned departmentsSupport performance appraisal cycles, individual development plans, and performance improvement initiativesCoordinate with HR centers of excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development, to deliver integrated solutionsWorkforce Planning & Analytics:
Participate in workforce planning and align staffing requirements with operational and expansion plansAnalyze HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, engagement, and compliance, and prepare data-driven reports and recommendationsMonitor key workforce trends and propose initiatives to improve retention and employee satisfactionChange Management & Employee Experience:
Support managers in organizational change and transformation initiativesContribute to enhancing employee experience by recommending practical and impactful initiativesParticipate in strategic HR programs and cross-functional projects within the Human Capital divisionReporting & Performance Monitoring:
Prepare regular reports on HR performance indicators and departmental trendsProvide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvementPerform any other duties assigned by the direct manager in line with the role requirementsQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field0–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or organizational support rolesSkills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical ability and data interpretation skillsProblem-solving and advisory capabilitiesAbility to manage initiatives and coordinate across multiple stakeholdersStrong organizational and follow-up skillsPreferred Training:
Specialized training in HR Business PartneringTraining in Performance ManagementCourses in Workforce Analytics and HR Operational PlanningLanguage Requirements:
Performance will be evaluated based on business unit satisfaction, effectiveness in resolving workforce and organizational challenges, consistency in applying HR policies, quality of HR analytics and reporting, and contribution to performance improvement and employee retention initiatives.
