Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively advise and make recommendations to clients.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the sales floor to ensure an inviting shopping experience for clients.
Proactively communicate with clients about upcoming promotions and events.
Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and achieve personal and store goals.
Handle and resolve any client complaints or issues with professionalism and tact.
Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention and inventory management.
Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about product updates and sales techniques.
Represent the Armani Exchange brand by embodying its values and promoting a positive image.
Continuously seek out ways to improve the client experience and provide feedback to management.
