Where you’ll be basedThis role is field-based around the locations of Newcastle Upon Tyne and surrounding areas.

In this role you will be a Business Development Merchandiser across Newcastle and Surrounding Areas, on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities IncludeCalling on grocery multiples within your territory area with particularly focus on stock management, shelf management, promotional compliance, and relationship managementEnsuring all promotional activity within accounts on your territory is correct, including POSAchieving added value targets, promotional and planogram compliance as agreed by the national account teamEnsuring that all stores comply with centrally agreed planogramsCompiling and working to Journey plans according to appropriate call sequencesField Sales AdministrationDeliver outstanding premium visibility in store through relationship building and influencing in store contacts/managementWhat Experience You’ll BringLive on/or close to territory (Newcastle and surrounding areas)Have some experience of working in a customer-facing roleHave the ability to build solid customer relationshipsHave an outgoing, confident personalityDemonstrate drive for results, and ambitionDemonstrate a drive for owning their own developmentBe educated to A level or above (Degree level preferred)Show good numerical and written skillsHave good planning and organisation skillsPrevious experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is desirable but not essentialFull UK Driving LicenceBeing yourself every dayWe want everyone at Lindt feel safe to be themselves, ensuring they are empowered, represented, celebrated and included in our workplace.
