Food & Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality service to our guests, maintaining inventory levels, training staff, and upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; food safety certification is a plus
• Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of health and safety regulations

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage activities
• Train and schedule staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and consistency
• Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and promotions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
