Role DescriptionThis role owns the entire participant acquisition funnel — from lead source performance to call center execution.

This is a high-impact, metrics-driven role for someone who thrives in a proactive fast-paced environment. This person leads with metrics and isn't afraid to call out what isn't working and fix it quickly.

This is not a clinical role. This is an operations leadership role for someone who thinks like a growth operator and manages like a coach.

This leader reports to the Site Director. This is a very cross-functional role, with internal collaboration between three major departments. QualificationsExtensive experience in patient recruitment and clinical trial management, with a proven track record of achieving enrollment goalsOptional experience with high volume customer or student enrollmentStrong understanding of clinical trial processes, recruitment techniques, and regulatory requirements related to participant enrollment a plusExpertise in recruitment tools, technologies, and campaign management with a strong command of performance dataExceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive recruitment initiatives toward strategic objectivesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to assess challenges, build solutions, and optimize continuouslyExcellent communication and relationship-building skills across patients, providers, and internal stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Certified Clinical Research Coordinator) highly desirable
