As a Business Manager Associate within the Market Leadership Team, you will help implement a centralized business management function focused on expense management, invoice processing, and budget tracking. You will partner closely with the Head of Finance & Business Management, the CFO, and the National Team to deliver process efficiencies, strengthen controls, and provide clear financial insights. You will help ensure financial activity is accurate, well-managed, and aligned to organizational priorities.
Job ResponsibilitiesProcess and track invoices, including managing key steps for expense and contribution activity, vendor onboarding, and risk considerations across a high volume of transactionsBuild and document workstreams and standardized processes to improve consistency and efficiency across programsSupport monthly budgeting, tracking, and forecasting to maintain accurate outlooks and alignment to planIdentify opportunities to improve budgeting and forecasting processes to meet the needs of a growing organizationPartner with stakeholders to promote strong controls, rigor, and attention to detail to ensure accurate outcomesPrepare financial analysis and reporting with clear insights for quarterly and other periodic reviewsSupport broader finance and business objectives through ad hoc analysis and continuous improvement effortsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsBachelor's degree and/or relevant experience in business, finance, or a related field3+ years of relevant experience in financial services and/or a business management-related roleAdvanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with core MS Office toolsStrong understanding of finance fundamentals, including budget management and expense disciplineAbility to analyze, synthesize, and structure data into clear, stakeholder-ready narrativesStrong attention to detail, including ability to identify and correct errors and improve controlsStrong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to build partnerships across a matrixed organization Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsExperience in business management, process design, or building new operational routinesExperience with Ariba, Concur, and/or SalesforceStrong analytical, critical thinking, and prioritization skills in a fast-moving environmentPowerPoint skills and comfort creating executive-ready updatesABOUT USJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.
