We are seeking a highly organized, intelligent, proactive, and resourceful Finance & Operations Associate to support the company’s financial operations, business administration, and strategic execution.
This is not a traditional accounting-only role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning quickly, improving systems, and helping a growing company operate efficiently.
This role will work closely with the executive leadership team and offers strong long-term growth potential within the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounting SupportManage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial recordsHandle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)Track company expenses, income, and assetsMaintain organized financial documentation and recordsAssist with monthly financial reporting and reconciliationsPrepare balance sheets, income statements, and related financial reportsCoordinate with external CPA/accounting firms for tax filings and complianceSupport budgeting, cash flow tracking, and operational reportingHelp improve internal financial systems and workflowsOperations & Administrative SupportSupport daily business operations and cross-functional coordinationResearch and source vendors, consultants, attorneys, HR resources, and business partnersAssist with project coordination and operational follow-upHelp organize company documents, systems, and internal processesResearch industry events, conferences, and learning opportunities related to marketing, AI, business strategy, and operationsAssist executive leadership with business support and operational tasksHelp improve operational efficiency using technology and AI toolsStrategic & Growth SupportIdentify opportunities to improve workflows and organizationAssist in implementing scalable operational systemsSupport special projects and company initiativesContribute to building a high-performance operational cultureQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field2–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance operations, business operations, or administrative operationsBasic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeepingExperience handling AP/AR, expense tracking, and financial record managementStrong organizational and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong problem-solving ability and willingness to learnAbility to manage multiple priorities and execute efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google SheetsProfessional, trustworthy, and highly responsiblePreferredExperience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting softwareExperience working in a startup, entrepreneurial, or fast-growing business environmentFamiliarity with AI productivity tools and workflow automationInterest in operations, business strategy, and process improvementCPA track or future CPA interest is a plusIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is:proactive and resourcefulhighly organizedexecution-orientedadaptable and fast-learningcomfortable wearing multiple hatstechnology and AI friendlyable to solve problems independentlyeager to grow with the company long termWe value people who take ownership, move efficiently, communicate clearly, and help turn ideas into execution.
