Role Overview - Remote opportunityWe are seeking a highly driven and ownership-oriented IT Recruitment Lead (Female) to manage end-to-end IT hiring across UAE, KSA, other GCC countries, and India. The ideal candidate will be client-facing, revenue-focused, and closure-driven, with strong leadership capabilities to manage team performance, resolve challenges, and ensure successful delivery under pressure.
This role requires hands-on recruitment expertise combined with strategic thinking and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities1. Requirement Ownership & DeliveryTake full ownership of client IT requirements from intake to successful closure.
Understand technical job specifications and convert them into actionable sourcing strategies.
Ensure quality profiles are submitted within agreed SLAs.
Drive fast turnaround and high closure ratios.2. Client Management (GCC & India)Act as the primary point of contact for clients across UAE, KSA, and other GCC regions.
Conduct requirement qualification calls and align hiring expectations.
Provide market intelligence (salary trends, availability, skill demand).
Manage escalations and ensure high client satisfaction.3. Team Leadership & MentorshipLead, guide, and mentor recruitment team members.
Conduct daily review meetings and pipeline tracking.
Address team challenges and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Train recruiters on sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and negotiation skills.
Build a high-performance, accountability-driven team culture.4. Hands-On RecruitmentSource, screen, interview, and negotiate candidates for all roles.
Build strong talent pipelines for GCC and India markets.
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, networking, and database strategies.5. Revenue & Closure FocusDrive revenue targets through successful closures.
Improve fill ratio and conversion metrics.
