We are seeking a young, motivated, and dynamic Business Development Associate to join their team. The successful candidate will support the company s expansion efforts by nurturing existing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value to both existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Identify and pursue potential new customers and market opportunities across diverse industries.

Build, maintain, and develop strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Collaborate with other departments to create integrated business solutions that maximize value.

Prepare and deliver reports to management and head office regarding business activities and performance.

Operate with high self-motivation, initiative, and team spirit. Bachelor s degree (minimum requirement).

Fresh graduates may be considered if highly qualified; 1 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
