Marsh is growing its sales teams in the UAE and we are looking to speak with experienced business development professionals across executive, senior executive and manager-level roles.
This is a broad hiring campaign designed to attract strong new business sales talent across Marsh's insurance and risk solutions. We are not targeting junior profiles for these openings. We are open to experienced candidates at different levels, and for exceptional profiles the business may consider shaping the role or building a case at a higher level.
You will play a front-line sales role focused on identifying, developing and closing new B2B opportunities across the UAE. This is a true hunting role with a strong emphasis on originating brand new business, building market presence and opening doors with senior decision-makers.

This is an evergreen hiring campaign. Candidates may be considered across different seniority levels depending on their market experience, sales track record and overall strategic value.
