Lead the company’s overall strategy, operating plan, and execution against the private equity investment thesis.
Drive scalable ARR growth through improved go-to-market execution, customer retention, expansion revenue, pricing, and market positioning.
Build operating discipline across KPIs, forecasting, financial performance, accountability, and management cadence.
Partner with product and technology leaders to align the roadmap with customer needs, market trends, and commercial opportunities.
Strengthen the executive team and build a culture of urgency, accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
Evaluate strategic growth opportunities, including partnerships, M&A, product expansion, and future exit readiness.
Serve as a trusted partner to the Board, private equity sponsor, employees, customers, and key external stakeholders.
Ideal CandidateProven CEO, President, COO, CRO, or GM experience within a high-growth SaaS, enterprise software, or technology company.
Experience scaling a recurring revenue software business through growth, operational maturity, and market expansion.
Private equity-backed company experience is strongly preferred.
Strong commercial instincts with a track record of driving ARR growth, retention, customer expansion, and EBITDA improvement.
Financial fluency across SaaS metrics, including ARR, gross margin, churn, NRR, CAC, LTV, EBITDA, and Rule of 40.
Experience partnering with Boards, investors, and private equity sponsors.
Exposure to M&A, transformation, integration, or exit preparation is a plus. Experience growing businesses from $20M-$100M ARR, with a proven track record of successful exitsLeadership StyleWe’re looking for a CEO who is strategic but hands-on, confident but low-ego, and highly focused on execution. This leader should bring clarity, urgency, and discipline while inspiring teams through growth and change.
