Enterprise Account Executive - SaaS FinTech (Credit Unions & Regional Banks) - US
An exciting opportunity has opened for a senior Enterprise Account Executive to join a rapidly growing FinTech company as it accelerates its expansion across the US market. This role is focused on driving new business growth within credit unions, regional banks, and mid-market financial institutions, helping them modernize their technology infrastructure through innovative SaaS solutions. As a key member of the commercial team, you will own the full sales cycle, develop strategic relationships with banking executives, and play a significant role in shaping the company's go-to-market strategy within the financial services sector. Working closely with senior leadership, product, and customer success teams, you will help establish long-term partnerships with institutions undergoing digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record selling enterprise SaaS solutions into regional banks, community banks, credit unions, or adjacent financial services organizations, with strong experience navigating consultative, value-based sales cycles.
Main Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close across regional banks, community banks, and credit unions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital, Operations leaders, and executive management teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the mid-market banking segment.
- Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders across technology, operations, compliance, risk, procurement, and executive leadership.
- Develop tailored value propositions aligned to the operational efficiency, customer experience, digital transformation, and regulatory priorities of financial institutions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities while delivering accurate forecasting and sales reporting.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure successful customer acquisition and long-term account growth.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product development and broader commercial strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, banking conferences, and credit union forums to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with significant exposure to the FinTech ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success selling technology solutions into credit unions, regional banks, community banks, or mid-market financial institutions.
- Existing network of decision-makers across regional banking and credit union segments strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in a hunter-focused new business role.
- Experience managing consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, security reviews, procurement processes, and executive sponsorship.
- Strong understanding of the US banking and credit union technology landscape, including digital transformation initiatives, cloud adoption, payments, lending, and core banking modernization.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- High levels of commercial acumen, resilience, and a passion for helping financial institutions modernize and innovate.
