SQL DBA

Your RoleAdminister, maintain and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases with expertise in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL processes.

Strong knowledge of database administration backup and recovery and performance tuning.

Monitor and troubleshoot database-related issues; including performance tuning and query optimization.

Collaborate with application developers to support database-driven applications.

Create and manage database user accounts roles and permissions.

Plan and execute the migration from SQL Server 2012 to SQL Server 2019 or the latest version ensuring a smooth transition with minimal downtimeDevelop and maintain documentation related to database configurations; procedures; and policies.

Perform database capacity planning and recommend software upgrades as needed. Deploy/Maintain SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports and dashboards for data visualization and business intelligenceCollaborate with application developers to support database-driven applicationsProficiency in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or later versions.

Experience with performance monitoring and optimization.

Experience with automation and scripting for database administration tasks.
