The RoleWe're hiring an IT Support Analyst to be our dedicated UK technology resource. Based at our head office in Warwick, you'll own IT support across our nursery network and HQ — diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues independently and confidently.

You'll work closely with our wider IT team, which requires occasional flexibility around working hours to support cross-timezone collaboration. You'll also travel regularly to nursery locations to support new site openings, hardware installations, and on-site technical work.
