Regional Corporate Marketing Manager

Bajaj Capital Ltd is hiring for Regional Corporate Marketing Manager role**Location -Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata, LucknowKey Responsibilities** -Manage relationships with CFOs, CHROs, CEOs, MDs, HR Heads , and senior leadership teams for business development. -Drive corporate business through Group Insurance, NPS, Investment, Insurance and financial solutions.* -Identify and acquire new corporate and institutional clients across the region.* -Conduct corporate presentations, seminars, negotiations, and business closures.* -Generate and manage strong business pipelines through networking, referrals, and market research.* -Manage existing corporate accounts, ensure client retention, and resolve escalations effectively.* -Travel across assigned cities for regional expansion and corporate engagement activities.Required Qualifications* 5–10 years of experience in Corporate/B2B Sales, Relationship Management, or Corporate Marketing in Banks, Insurance, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions.-Strong understanding of General Insurance/ Investment Products/NPS, and corporate financial solutions.Required Skills* -Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.* -Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.* -Strategic thinking, networking, and business development expertise.* -Ability to engage confidently with CXOs and key decision-makers.
