$20 - $22 per hour.
Develop effective communication platforms for referrals.
Obtain, when necessary, Medicaid numbers for clients.
Organize all files in the office file room; maintain hard files of medical records.
Conduct training/workshops and presentations for Referrals’ Department; Train new Referrals’ P and C Specialists.
Actively recruit, screen, and interview new providers.
Review requests from new providers, obtain information and schedule meetings with CEO, Clinical Director, and Client Services Manager to discuss FRC’s expectations.
Assist Clinical Director with Lead Agency requirements.
Troubleshoot concerns with referrals from Full Case Manager, Full Case Manager Supervisors, senior management, and Citrus.
Assist Clinical Director in providing functional supervision to Referrals P and C.
Responsible to complete Referrals’ P and C responsibilities while assigned employees are on leave.
Transmit monthly SAMHSA Report to Citrus and track SAMH authorizations.
Receive MDPS referrals and distribute to clinicians.
Create, maintain, and revise, as needed, all forms for Clinical Department (non-clinical forms).
Assist in creating Clinical Department policies/procedures and guidelines.
Create and maintain training manual for Referrals.
Provide support to case management and therapists with any clinical information/documentation requested.
Comply with all requirements of safety officer, including attendance of meetings.
Respond to emails and phone calls on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
Participate in the Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement programs of the agency.
Contribute to the understanding and acceptance of cultural diversity within the agency and the community.
Comply with all relevant HIPAA and Joint Commission standards and regulations.
Utilize the agency’s resources in a fiscally conservative manner.
Represents FRC to the community in an informed manner, in community meetings or inter-agency meetings, as may be requested by the Clinical Director or the Executive Director.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor and CEO.
