Position: Client Servicing Manager (Arabic Speaker)Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly professional and client-focused Arabic-speaking Client Servicing Manager to be based onsite at a client's office in Riyadh. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong relationship management, and seamless day-to-day communication.
This role requires a proactive individual who can build trusted relationships, understand client requirements, coordinate internal resources, monitor ongoing projects, and support commercial objectives by ensuring smooth operational delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities* Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all day-to-day matters.* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key client stakeholders.* Ensure timely and effective communication between the client and internal teams.* Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure successful execution.* Attend client meetings and provide regular updates on project progress and deliverables.* Monitor ongoing projects and ensure client expectations are consistently met.* Follow up on purchase orders, contracts, approvals, and invoicing processes to support timely project execution and payment collection.* Coordinate internally to ensure all client requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.* Identify opportunities for additional services and business growth within existing client accounts.* Escalate issues proactively and support the resolution of client concerns.* Prepare meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and status updates when required.* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project updates, and key action items.* Represent the company professionally at all times while working within the client's environment.* Support client events, meetings, and operational activities as required.
Qualifications & Experience* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.* Minimum 4–6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, customer success, stakeholder management * Experience within events, sports, marketing agencies, advertising agencies, hospitality, consulting, or service-oriented industries is highly preferred.* Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.* Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.* Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
