Develop Supervisors and Team Leaders to achieve Succession Planning.
Coach and inspire your department, including employee engagement and best practice in the manufacturing industry.
Working with the Site Manufacturing Manager to ensure we meet labour and ingredient targetsDrive continuous improvement for your department and team.
Working to the values and be an effective team member who contributing cross functionally to initiatives where appropriatePlay your part in meeting the site objectives and ensure these objectives are translated into Supervisor, team leader and operative PDRs.
