Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Senior Production Engineering Managers (Level L) to join the 787 Production Engineering leadership team located in North Charleston, SC.
These roles will lead 3D metrology, equipment engineering, tooling engineering and reliability engineering teams across the Boeing South Carolina Airport Campus. As we focus on improving our Boeing Production Systems, a focus on ensuring we have industry leading production assets and equipment running at peak performance is critical.
Successful candidates will have prior demonstrated success in developing and maintaining productive relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers, as well as strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to take initiative, and the ability to partner across multiple engineering functions, business segments, and geographic areas. They will also have prior experience working in high-paced critical-flow production environments and a proven track record of being adaptable to changing demands.
All candidates will be considered based on the strength of their Production Engineering background, breadth and depth of experience, and educational background. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $170,000 - $230,000
