Job time- 09:30am - 6:30pm.1. Project Estimation & Cost Planning
- Prepare detailed construction cost estimates including material, labour, and equipment costs.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications.
- Assist in preparing flat-wise or project-wise construction estimates based on area calculations and design drawings.
- Conduct rate analysis for construction activities such as RCC, masonry, plaster, finishing works, etc.
- Support preparation of project budget estimates and preliminary cost analysis.2. Quantity Verification & Billing Coordination
- Verify quantities of construction activities for contractor billing.
- Maintain contractor sheets for RCC, masonry, plaster, and finishing work billing calculations.
- Coordinate with drafting or design teams for area calculations and polyline measurements.3. Project Planning & Scheduling Support
- Assist in preparing project schedules and work timelines.
- Track project milestones and highlight deviations from the approved schedule.
- Support planning team in construction cycle tracking such as slab cycle, masonry cycle, and finishing cycle.4. Project Monitoring & Progress Tracking
- Monitor daily construction progress and compare with planned schedules.
- Collect Daily Progress Reports (DPR) from site engineers and project teams.
- Maintain records of project delays, site issues, and corrective actions.
- Track manpower and resource utilization for ongoing project activities.5. Coordination with Site & Departments
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and consultants for project updates.
- Assist in resolving coordination issues affecting project execution.
- Ensure proper communication between planning, estimation, and execution teams.6. MIS Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports for management.
- Maintain project monitoring dashboards and tracking sheets using Advanced Excel.
- Analyse project data to identify delays, cost variances, and improvement areas.7. Documentation & ERP Updates
- Maintain proper documentation of project estimates, schedules, reports, and cost records.
- Update project progress and cost data in ERP or project monitoring systems.
- Ensure all reports and records are maintained accurately for project review.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, formulas).
- Knowledge of construction estimation and quantity take-off.
- Understanding of construction processes and project planning concepts.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or project monitoring tools.

Tech in Civil EngineeringExperience
- 1–3 years of experience in construction estimation, project planning, or project coordination in the real estate or construction industry.
