Meet the TeamWe manage the end-to-end lifecycle of people data, currently focussed on elevating our established Oracle Data Warehouses to a modern Google Cloud Data Lake to ensure seamless data flow.

You will be at the forefront of a major architectural transformation, gaining hands-on experience in solving complex, real-world data challenges while preparing our infrastructure for the future of AI.
ImpactYou will join our team to build the data foundation for our organization’s AI initiatives by modernizing how we handle and distribute people data.
You will gain hands-on experience in a unique environment- Oracle Data Warehouses and modern Google Cloud Data Lakes.
You will design and implement data transformation pipelines, manage system integrations, and contribute to the architectural evolution required for advanced analytics.
Your work will directly influence how we leverage data to make informed decisions. By ensuring our data is clean, accessible, and AI-ready, you are helping build the future of our company.
Minimum QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and data manipulation). Foundational experience with at least one programming language commonly used in data pipelines, such as Python or Java.
A solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g., ETL/ELT processes, schema design, and data modeling) and familiarity with relational database management systems (RDBMS).
Preferred QualificationsAcademic or project-based exposure to cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure) and a willingness to learn modern data lake architectures.
Familiarity with working in an Agile/Scrum environment, including experience with tools like Jira or Confluence. Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and effectively communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and a desire to learn modern data engineering best practices.
