Job Summary: We are seeking a technically skilled and solutions-oriented BI Developer / Data Engineer to join our growing Business Intelligence & Data team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both building impactful dashboards and reports as well as supporting the underlying data pipelines and infrastructure that power analytics across the organization. This is not a pure engineering role: we're looking for someone who bridges the gap between raw data and business insight.
You'll work directly with our Sr. Manager of BI & Data Analytics to develop and maintain Power BI reports, support our Microsoft Fabric environment, and help ensure the data feeding our analytics layer is clean, timely, and reliable. If you've recently earned a Microsoft Fabric or Power BI certification or have hands-on project experience with both reporting and pipeline work, this role is built for you.
This role follows our hybrid work model of four days in-office and one remote day per week at our corporate headquarters in Bonita Springs, FL.

BI Reporting (60%)Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for merchandising, operations, finance, and sales teamsDevelop DAX measures and calculated columns to support business KPIsWork with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into report specs, and deliver clean, intuitive visualsMaintain and document semantic models in Power BI / Microsoft FabricTroubleshoot broken reports and data refresh issues; communicate status and resolution to end usersData Engineering (40%)Support ETL/ELT pipeline development using Fabric Data Factory or Azure Data FactoryAssist with data ingestion from Storis ERP and other operational systems into Microsoft Fabric / OneLakePerform data quality checks and help maintain data integrity across the reporting layerContribute to data model documentation and governance standards in collaboration with the Data Governance ManagerSupport automation workflows (n8n, Power Automate) that feed operational dashboardsRequired Qualifications:2+ years of experience in a BI, reporting, or data analyst role with hands-on Power BI developmentSolid SQL skills, comfortable writing queries, joins, and basic transformationsDemonstrated experience building and publishing Power BI reports and dashboards in a production environmentFamiliarity with Microsoft Fabric or Azure data services (even if self-taught or project-based)Working knowledge of DAX for calculated measures and report logicStrong communication skills, able to translate data into clear takeaways for non-technical stakeholdersPreferred Skills:
