Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role based in Kochi. The Sales Intern will support the sales team in identifying prospective clients, preparing sales presentations, and assisting with outreach activities such as calls, emails, and meetings. Daily responsibilities include maintaining client databases, tracking leads, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information is shared with potential clients. The intern will also help gather market insights, support the preparation of sales reports, and participate in training sessions to build sales and communication skills. This role offers hands-on exposure to the sales process within a creative, marketing-focused environment.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues.
Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a willingness to learn sales processes and tools.
Ability to participate in and benefit from Training, with openness to feedback and continuous skill development.
Basic understanding of marketing or consulting services is an advantage.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site team environment in Kochi.
