We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Interns / Freshers who are eager to build a career in B2B SaaS sales and business development.

Role OverviewAs a Sales Intern / Executive, you will work closely with the founding team to generate leads, conduct outbound outreach, and pitch Fracto’s OCR and automation solutions to business leaders including CEOs, CXOs, Product Heads, Operations Heads, and decision-makers across industries.

This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, interested in AI/SaaS products, and comfortable with client interactions and cold outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients
• Identify and connect with CEOs, CXOs, Product Heads, and Operations teams
• Present and explain Fracto OCR and workflow automation solutions professionally
• Understand client pain points and communicate relevant product benefits
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for sales communication, proposal drafting, and research
• Maintain lead data and follow-up activities in CRM/tools
• Support the sales team in scheduling demos and closing opportunities
• Conduct basic market and competitor researchRequirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in speaking with business professionals and decision-makers
• Basic understanding of ChatGPT and AI tools
• Interest in B2B sales, SaaS, automation, or technology solutions
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields (preferred)Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or CRM tools
• Understanding of SaaS or AI-based products
