Role Title: QA IT T24 SME

Experience Range: 10–15 Years

Location: GCC / India (Saudi/GCC experience mandatory)

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned QA IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in Temenos T24 (R21+), specifically within Treasury & Global Markets. The ideal candidate will drive quality assurance strategy, test governance, and delivery excellence across complex banking implementations with strong exposure to Islamic Treasury products and GCC banking landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end QA strategy and execution for T24 Treasury implementations/enhancements

Act as SME for Temenos T24 (R21+), driving functional and integration testing across modules

Validate Treasury & Global Markets productsincluding FX, MM, Derivatives, and Risk

Ensure coverage across Islamic Treasury products(Murabaha, Sukuk, etc.)

Collaborate with business, IT, and Temenos teams for requirement validation & defect triage

Drive test planning, test case design, automation opportunities, and quality governance

Mentor QA teams and establish best practices for banking QA frameworks

Mandatory Screening Criteria (Strict Filter)

Profiles will be considered only if all criteria are met:

Treasury & Global Markets Experience: Minimum 10+ years

Temenos T24 Experience: Minimum 8+ years with hands-on system exposure

T24 Version Expertise: Experience on R21 or above (mandatory)

Islamic Treasury Products: Minimum 2+ years

GCC/Saudi Banking Experience: Minimum 5+ years (must have worked in region)

Core Skills & Competencies

Strong functional knowledge of Treasury products (FX, MM, Derivatives, Bonds)

In-depth understanding of Temenos T24 architecture and modules

Expertise in QA methodologies, test automation, and defect management

Exposure to integration testing across core banking and surrounding systems

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities

Ability to operate in high-pressure delivery environments

Experience with Temenos Transact (Treasury) implementations is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of transact workflows and treasury operations.

Candidates with a Business Analyst background and hands-on implementation experience in treasury transformation programs will be an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with leading GCC banks (Saudi, UAE, etc.)

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in GCC markets

Prior experience in large-scale T24 transformation programs

Evaluation Guideline (for Internal/Partner Screening)

Candidate lacks R21+ experience

Limited to retail/corporate banking (no treasury depth)

No exposure to Islamic treasury products

No GCC/Saudi delivery experience

Less than 8 years in Temenos ecosystem
