Partner CTO/Technical Co-pilot (Multi-Project Portfolio)

About the Opportunity​Are you a visionary technical leader who wants to break free from the traditional corporate setup and do your own thing as an entrepreneur, but want a pure engineering role where you never have to deal with marketing, sales, or administrative headaches?

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Partner CTO to team up on an ongoing basis to build, launch, and scale a diverse portfolio of upcoming digital projects and ventures.​Key Responsibilities​Architect from Scratch: Evaluate requirements for various new projects and select the optimal, scalable tech stacks, databases, and hosting environments.​Hands-on Development: Act as the lead engineer during the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) stage—writing core code, building APIs, and establishing front-end foundations.​DevOps & Deployment: Own the deployment infrastructure. Set up secure cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc.) and automate robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless updates.​Scale the Engineering Team: As individual projects gain commercial traction, you will help interview, vet, and lead dedicated developers to hand off daily maintenance.​Required Qualifications​Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with deep full-stack roots and DevOps/deployment mastery.​Entrepreneurial Mindset: You understand business trade-offs. You know how to balance "clean code" with the extreme speed needed to ship an MVP to market.
