As the Head of AI Engineering, you will own the long-term AI roadmap for the next decade. You are the bridge between visionary strategy and deep technical execution across retail, supply chain, and digital commerce.

Strategic Leadership: Set and execute the enterprise-wide Data & AI strategy, identifying high-value use cases that drive measurable ROI.

Full-Stack Build: Architect and scale the entire AI environment from GPUs and Lakehouses to MLOps, Vector Databases, and SLMs.

Innovation Engine: Lead cross-functional teams to build prototypes and move breakthrough solutions from concept to enterprise-wide adoption.

Responsible AI: Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI usage and lead enterprise-wide upskilling initiatives.

Operational Excellence: Deploy automation and advanced analytics across finance, customer experience, and physical logistics.

We are looking for a heavyweight leader with a "builder" mindset and a track record of scaling AI in complex environments.

Experience: Minimum 12+ years in Data, AI, and Machine Learning, with proven success leading enterprise-scale programs.

Deep Tech Stack: End-to-end expertise in AI lifecycle management, GenAI, retrieval systems, and domain-specific LLMs/SLMs.

Innovation Background: Experience with AI product development, patents, or startup environments is highly valued.

Physical AI: Demonstrated work in Robotics or Physical AI integration is a significant advantage given the retail/supply chain focus.

Leadership: Ability to partner with C-suite executives to drive cultural and technological transformation.
