Our client, a growing real estate development and investment organization, is seeking a Finance Associate to support post-close financing operations, funding readiness, compliance tracking, and lender/investor reporting across multiple financing portfolios.
This role works closely with Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Treasury teams to ensure all financing deliverables, documentation, and reporting requirements are accurately maintained and executed on schedule.
ResponsibilitiesTrack funding conditions, compliance requirements, and borrowing readiness items across multiple facilitiesMaintain financing trackers, documentation, certifications, and recurring reporting deliverablesOrganize and manage data rooms and document repositories to ensure audit-ready recordsCoordinate across internal stakeholders and external parties including lenders and counselIdentify and escalate risks that could impact funding timelines or compliance obligationsSupport ongoing improvements to financing workflows and reporting processesQualifications2–4 years of experience in finance operations, loan/closing operations, structured finance support, portfolio operations, paralegal, or transaction support rolesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and experience with documentation-heavy workflowsStrong communication and cross-functional coordination skillsProficiency in Excel and document management tools (e.g., SharePoint, ShareFile, or similar)Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environmentOur Commitment to Inclusion & BelongingThe Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
