We are looking for a Junior BI Developer with a strong interest in Power BI and business analytics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, learning modern BI practices, and supporting the delivery of insights that help the business make better decisions. You will work closely with senior BI and data professionals to build reports, dashboards, and datasets in Power BI, while developing your skills in data modelling, stakeholder engagement, and analytics best practicesThis position will be based in Bangsar South.

You will be responsible for

Design and develop data modelsCreate visualizations and reports using Power BIPerform performance tuning and optimizationIntegrate various data sources into a cohesive data solutionMaintain detailed documentation of the data models and reportsCollaborate with other members of the BI teamRequirement:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics) or equivalent practical experience1–2 years of hands‑on experience with Power BI, particularly in report and dashboard development; exposure to database‑related work is an advantageBasic knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing conceptsExperience creating data visualizations and reports using Power BIFamiliarity with data integration and data migration processesFoundational understanding of data modelling conceptsWorking knowledge of SQL for querying and basic data manipulationStrong curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
