Lead Power BI Developer

You will lead the design and maintenance of interactive Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to drive business performance insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that visualize reinsurance data and performance metrics.
• Create complex data models and implement DAX calculations to support business objectives.
• Analyze reinsurance data, including underwriting, claims, and financial performance, to identify trends and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical reporting solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer and Data Analyst.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Strong expertise in data modeling and data visualization techniques.
• Solid experience with SQL and data manipulation tools.
• Proven ability to perform detailed statistical analysis on complex datasets.
• Background in the reinsurance industry or related financial services.
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation for data models and methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree.
