Job PurposeThis role will provide hardware and software support to our employees via phone, email, and onsite. The analyst will be required to ask appropriate questions to help diagnose and resolve issues. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate resources. Must enjoy working with employees with various backgrounds, experience and computer knowledge, have a solid understanding of current operating systems and applications, and enjoy working on a team.
