As the New Cafe Opening (NCO) Production Manager, you will
be responsible for leading the Back of House teams, cakers, bakers, sandwich
and salad makers, during the opening cafe process to ensure they are well
prepared for their new roles. This includes reminding them of best practices,
skills, and techniques needed to produce the highest quality bakery products.
You will be a key leader who focuses on educating and
mentoring these Back of House team members effectively to ensure there is
always consistency in execution of our high quality standards.

highest level of effectiveness and efficiency, including ordering, inventory
management, effective scheduling practices, and general leadership of the Back
of House teams.
