Position Type: Full-Time / OnsiteJob Department: Frames/ Wall Deco DepartmentESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, you will oversee and manage the production process from order placement through final delivery. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through are essential. The ability to manage multiple orders while coordinating across departments is key to success.

Send order requests to vendors and confirm order details, including back ordersEnter purchase orders into the system and distribute to vendorsMaintain and update cost sheet data within the Purchase Order systemManage and track the Time and Action calendar to ensure all production milestones are met for each order and product categoryCoordinate with Sales, Art Department, and Product Development teams to ensure timely shipments in accordance with order requirementsReview and approve carton markings and packaging layoutsMonitor production timelines and proactively address delays or issuesMaintain accurate records and ensure all order details are up to dateSupport cross-functional communication to ensure smooth workflow and executionPerform related duties as assignedCOMPETENCIESHigh attention to detailAptitude for quick detail recallFlexible and fast-pacedProfessional communication skillsEfficient knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft suiteRetail math and analytical skillsAbility to work with a dynamic team and quickly pick up shorthand communication.

Understanding of market dynamics and business judgmentStrong team player, willing to help with a variety of tasksThe ability to work on graphics and create presentations is a plus.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBA/BFA Degree in Fashion Merchandising or Related Field with 3+ years’ experience
