ML Software Engineer Intern

As a ML Software Engineering Intern, you'll work alongside experienced hardware engineers to build and deploy AI/ML models that improve circuits and systems design workflows, and help push new hardware innovations forward.

We are looking for motivated problem solvers with strong machine learning and software development skills, with an interest in applying AI to complex technical challenges at the intersection of software and hardware design. ResponsibilitiesAs our ML software engineer your primary responsibilities will include:

Designing, building, training, and evaluating machine learning models that support circuit design workflowsDeveloping models for circuit performance prediction, design-space optimization, and simulation accelerationBuilding data pipelines and model-training workflows using simulation results, measurement data, circuit parameters, and design constraintsWorking with a cross-functional team to understand model requirements and translate engineering needs into ML solutionsPreparing technical documentation and reportsParticipating in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and technical discussionsWe are considering full-time/ part-time applicants for Summer and Fall 2026.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical competency, curiosity, and the ability to take ownership of a well-defined project. They should also be excited to adapt, learn quickly, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

RequirementsMinimum Requirements
