Liaise with stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and external partners to translate business needs into functional specifications.

Develop and maintain process flows, user stories, and business cases for system enhancements and new features.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and timely delivery of system solutions.

Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and root cause analysis for existing and new systems or processes.

Support UAT, training, and deployment activities, providing business and technical guidance as needed.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards in all system development activities.

Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

Strong understanding of life insurance products and distribution channels.

Experience with commission, rewards, and hierarchy management systems in insurance or financial services.

Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in process modelling tools, MS Office Suite, and requirement gathering techniques.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
