Job AccountabilitiesProvide analytical support on strategic, operational and financial areas such as annual business plans, budgets, internal audits, CAPEX etc. Tracking of business reviews , status reports and action plans Monitor and track progress on actions through continuous communication with all levels of management. Identify and escalate critical areas to the relevant stakeholders.
Facilitate and support corrective action as required. Facilitate and conduct reviews among various departments Plan and structure reviews with clear agenda. Ensure linkage between reviews and subsequent operational actions Do special studies e.g. position papers responding to enquiries and questions from Chairman and Executive Directors Responsible for special project delivery reportsFacilitate conflict management by bringing together relevant stakeholders with divergent objectives and work towards achieving common organizational goalsSkill & CompetenciesAnalytical skills Communication skills (written & verbal)Should be adept in MS Excel, PowerPoint & WordShould be a team player (comfortable with working as part of a team/multiple teams, and prioritising team goals)Education RequiredBachelor#s Degree in Engineering or related discipline from a recognized universityMBA from a renowned institution or Post-graduate certificates in areas like: financial management, leadership, capital/asset management and strategic planning would be preferredMinimum 6 years of relevant experienceExperience RequiredMinimum 6 years of relevant experience
