Data Insights Analys (Remote, Entry-Level)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site entry-level Data Insights Analyst role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Data Insights Analyst will collect, clean, and organize operational, sales, and production data from various internal systems. The role involves performing basic analyses, building reports and dashboards, and transforming data into clear insights to support decision-making across departments. The analyst will assist in tracking key performance indicators, identifying trends in customer and market data, and preparing summary findings for leadership. Daily responsibilities also include documenting data processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, and supporting ad hoc analysis requests.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics to interpret datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Basic understanding of Statistics and Data Modeling to support forecasting, segmentation, and performance measurement.
• Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and familiarity with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the manufacturing or water solutions industry and willingness to learn domain-specific data and metrics.
