Design and build the company's data warehouse architecture to consolidate data from multiple systems.
Develop data models, transformations, and pipelines to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Implement data quality validation, governance, and automated data refresh processes.
Create interactive dashboards and reports for management and departments (Operations, Marketing, Finance).
Define and maintain the organization-wide KPI and metrics structure.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities.
Manage marketing data attribution (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot ? PMS).
Support leadership with strategic, data-driven recommendations. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or BI roles.
Expertise in SQL, dbt, Python, and data warehouse design (BigQuery, Postgres, or similar).
Strong experience in dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Metabase, or Power BI).
Proven ability to integrate marketing, CRM, and operational systems.
