Business Intelligence & Insights Analyst

This role will support data-driven decision-making across the business by translating data into actionable insights, building dashboards, and improving reporting processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on exposure to commercial, operational, and strategic analytics.

Key Responsibilities1. Data Analysis & InsightsAnalyze business performance data (sales, operations, marketing, supply chain)Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support decision-makingAssist in deep-dive analysis for key business questions2. Reporting & DashboardingBuild and maintain dashboards (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets)Automate recurring reports to improve efficiencyEnsure data accuracy and consistency across reports3. Data ManagementSupport data cleaning, validation, and structuringWork with different data sources (internal systems, external datasets)Help maintain a single source of truth for key metrics4. Business PartneringWork with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance)Translate business needs into analytical requirementsPresent insights in a clear, structured way to stakeholders5. Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve reporting and data workflowsSupport implementation of new tools or analytics frameworksRequirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fieldStrong proficiency in Excel / Google SheetsBasic knowledge of SQL (preferred)Min experienced 3-5years with familiarity using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Exposure to data tools like R or Python is an advantageCore Competencies :
